Yoga 2-to-1 Sessions
Private lessons are run on a 2-to-1 basis. They are 75 minutes long and can be tailored to your needs. For example, a 75 minute Ashtanga Primary Series Practice with focus on specific areas of that practice if desired. A Vinyasa Yoga practice or more of an introduction to the Asana’s with focus on alignment, cultivating flexibility and cultivating strength.
The private lessons afford a great opportunity to develop a practice or refine an existing practice. It is amazing to see the progress that is made with understanding and practice when the approach is more tailored.
